We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for engineer positions across various departments, collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, and attract top talent to help us achieve our business goals. This position is ideal for a strategic and proactive recruiter with deep knowledge of the tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Build and manage strong pipelines through various platforms.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, shape strategies, and evaluate talent.

  • Deliver a structured, data-informed interview process focused on technical and cultural fit.

  • Represent the brand externally while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles.

  • Understanding of software, infrastructure, data, and other technical domains, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to influence hiring strategy through close partnership with managers.

  • Hands-on experience in sourcing top talent through targeted outreach across specialized communities, technical platforms, and alternative channels.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging recruitment data to refine processes and improve outcomes.

  • Proficiency in English communication.

Interview Process

  • 서류전형 - 화상면접 (1시간 내외) - 대면 혹은 화상면접 (3시간 내외) - 최종합격
