We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Engineering Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management. They will be responsible for technically managing and directing an organizations of engineers, developing and implementing hardware development projects, establishing technology roadmaps, and providing strategic direction. The Hardware Leader will also be responsible for promoting the growth and development of their team members and staying up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.

Responsibilities

  • Technically manage and direct a team of engineers responsible for electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management

  • Develop and implement Electrical Engineering development projects

  • Establish technology roadmaps and provide strategic direction

  • Promote the growth and development of team members

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer engineering

  • 15+ years of experience in hardware development for automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers

  • Expertise in electronics, network architecture, controller development, sensors, mechanics, and hardware quality management

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • 관련 전공인 전기공학, 전자공학, 기계공학, 컴퓨터 공학 등에서 석사 학위 이상 소지

  • 자동차 OEM 또는 Tier 1 공급업체에서 하드웨어 개발 경력

  • 15년 이상 전자 기술, 네트워크 아키텍처, 컨트롤러 개발, 센서, 기계 구조, 하드웨어 품질 관리에 대한 전문 지식

  • 우수한 리더십과 팀워크 능력

  • 강력한 문제 해결 및 커뮤니케이션 기술

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive electrical/electronic systems development

  • Project management experience

  • Patent experience

  • International work experience

  • 자동차 전기 및 전자 시스템 개발 경험

  • 프로젝트 관리 경험

  • 특허 관련 경험

  • 국제 근무 경험

Interview Process
