42dot의 Senior Release Manager는 Pleos의 End-to-End 소프트웨어 Release Lifecycle을 총괄 운영합니다. 여기에는 자율주행 구성 요소, 소프트웨어 정의 차량(SDV) 기능, 클라우드 연결 서비스, 그리고 배포된 차량이 항상 최신의 가장 안전한 코드를 실행할 수 있도록 하는 OTA(Over-the-Air) 업데이트 파이프라인까지 모든 것을 포함합니다.

단순한 릴리스 관리를 넘어, 자기주도적으로 프로세스의 비효율을 찾아내고, 기술과 전략을 통해 문제를 해결하며, 여러 팀의 협업을 성공적으로 조율하는 엔지니어를 기대합니다.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Software Release Process Lead/운영

    • 릴리스 계획, 일정, 변경 사항, 품질에 대해 여러 부서(개발, QA, PM 등)와 긴밀한 협업

    • 릴리스 진행 상황 추적 관리, 필요 시 릴리즈 시스템 구축

    • 릴리스 일정이나 품질에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 위험 사전 식별 및 완화(Risk Mitigation)

  • 표준 릴리스 프로세스 정의 및 지속적인 개선

    • 제품 특성을 고려한 릴리즈 프로세스 정의

    • 릴리스 성숙도 및 효율성 향상을 위한 핵심 지표(KPI) 정의 및 운영

  • Release 관리에 필요한 다양한 정책 수립

    • 효율적인 버전 관리(Versioning) 체계 수립

    • 릴리즈 노트 및 버전 제어 정보를 포함한 릴리즈 문서 관리

    • GitOps 및 다양한 Deployment 기법 적용

Qualifications

  • 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상

  • 5년 이상의 릴리즈 관리 또는 그에 준하는 역할 경험

  • 소프트웨어 개발 수명 주기(SDLC)와 릴리스 관리 프로세스에 대한 깊은 이해

  • 뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인관계 기술, 여러 기능팀과 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 능력

  • 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 고객 대상 소프트웨어를 대규모로 릴리스한 경험

  • Git(GitHub/GitLab) 활용 능력 및 JIRA와 같은 프로젝트 관리 소프트웨어 사용 경험

  • Artifact Repository, CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) 도구에 대한 기술적 이해

  • 빌드 및 컨테이너 기반 빌드 시스템(Containerized build system)에 대한 이해

Preferred Qualifications

  • 대규모 차량 Fleet 또는 그와 유사한 분산 임베디드 플랫폼의 OTA 시스템 배포 경험

  • ISO 26262, A-SPICE 등 업계 표준 대응 경험

  • 빌드, CI/CD 파이프라인에 해당하는 스크립트 작성 및 디버깅 능력

  • GitOps, 다양한 배포 기법(Canary, Blue-Green) 및 소프트웨어 공급망 보안(SBOM, SLSA)에 대한 이해

  • 자율주행, ADAS 및 그 외 유사 분야에서의 근무 경험
